Strategy is nothing magic for us. But strategy is the most important part and the name of the game. Our strength is to analyse the actual situation and break it down to the major points. That is not all. It is also important to let a vital vision grow. This sets energy free to find the right ways.
Strategy has much to do with risk management. We are looking what are the driving factors and what are the disturbing factors. Very important to us is to see the ability to adapt the business models. Most problems are coming from a lack in adaptability. So strategy means to us how to build sustainable processes. Sustainability regarding changes in markets and customer behaviour and needs.
