In many years our practice in business development and strategy, mergers & acquisitions, sales, business administrations, information technology, service delivery, optimization of processes, projectmanagement and innovation management we gained a deep expertise in all aspects how to achieve high value business models.

Thomas von Bülow Thomas von Bülow finished his studies of Business Administrations 1988 in St. Gallen, Switzerland. After working 10 years in different marketing, sales and management positions for IBM in Central Europe he is working as Managing Director, Business Angel and Interim Manager for companies in different industries. He is a specialist for optimization of business organization and market development and Software as a Service. He is member of several boards of the eco e.V., the leading Internet Association in Germany.

Karl-Georg Blanckenstein Georg Graf Blanckenstein studied auditing, financial law and logistics at University of economics and business administration, Vienna, Austria, finishing 1997 as Mag.rer.soc.oec.
He worked as Business Controller and CFO for companies in different industries in Germany, Austria, Jadania, Algeria and India.
As Business Development Executive for VB Verwaltungs GmbH he is key financial and market advisor especially in sustainable technology industries.

Dr. Juliane von Bülow Dr. Juliane von Bülow studied Biology in Freiburg i. Breisgau, Cambridge and Munich. Dr. Juliane v. Bülow finished her doctorate 1997 in Essen. She is General Manager of the Better School! Internatsberatung and was member of the town council of Sindelfingen for 10 years.
She held different board positions of municipal enterprises. As specialist for all political, governmental, biochemical and educational aspects she rounds up the broad spectrum of VBVs competencies.

We are looking for innovative ideas and people who are energized to realize them. We help those people with everything what makes sense: advice, support, services, customers, concepts and money. But money is not the central point.

Our philosophy is from project to product. By this we do not like the green table approach.

Our focus is:

  3. Services, so called intangibles

Some say that you should not start a new business in a new market with a new product. We believe this too. But in this case today we would have no cars, TV etc. So lets face it: if the business shows following criteria it should get a chance:

  3. which provides enormous advantages to customers
  4. and scalability seams to be manageable
